Wild Luvdisc: When you catch Luvdisc, it might have a Heart Scale. You can catch Luvdisc by fishing with a Super Rod on Route 128 or Route 129.

Secret Shore: The Secret Shore is a place on Route 124 that you can reach by diving. You can find hidden things under the water, like Heart Scales. To find them, use the Dive move and look on the ocean floor.

Pickup Ability: If you have Pokemon with Pickup, they might find Heart Scales after battles. The higher your Pokemon’s level, the better the chance of finding Heart Scales.

Wild Corsola: When you catch Corsola, it might have a Heart Scale. You can find Corsola by diving and surfing on Route 128 and Ever Grande City.

Battle Frontier: At the Battle Frontier, you can trade Battle Points (BP) for Heart Scales. You can get BP by joining different Battle Frontier places and winning fights.

Mining in Secret Islet: You can go to an island by ship from Lilycove Department Store. There, you can use the Acro Bike’s Rock Smash ability to mine for valuable items like Heart Scales.

Pickup Truck in Mauville City: Go back to Mauville City after getting the HM08 Dive. Talk to the man by the truck and he will give you a Heart Scale as a present.

How to get Heart Scales in Pokemon Emerald?

Catch wild Luvdisc, dive at Secret Shore (Route 124), use Pokemon with Pickup ability, battle in Battle Frontier for BP, mine on Secret Islet, or get from a man near a truck in Mauville City.
