HM01-Cut: You can get it from the captain in the Cutter’s House in Rustboro City after beating Roxanne, the Gym Leader.

HM02-Fly: Got from dad (Norman) after getting Balance Badge in Petalburg City.

HM03-Surf: You can get it from Wally’s dad in Mauville City after beating Wattson, the Gym Leader.

HM04-Strength: Located in Rusturf Tunnel, close to Rustboro City.

HM05-Flash: Got from a hiker in Granite Cave, which is in the northwest of Dewford Town.

HM06-Rock Smash: Got from a person who was hiking in Mauville City after winning against Roxanne, the leader of the gym.

HM07-Waterfall: You can reach the Cave of Origin by using Dive after getting to Route 128.

HM08-Dive: Got from Steven after beating Team Aqua/Magma at Seafloor Cavern.

Where can I get Fly in Pokemon?

You can get Fly from your dad after getting the Balance Badge in Petalburg City. Fly helps you travel quickly to places you’ve already been to.

How can I get Surf in Pokemon?

You can get surf from Wally’s dad in Mauville City after beating the Electric-type Gym Leader, Wattson. Surf lets your Pokemon move on water and reach new areas.

Where can I find Dive in Pokemon?

You can get Dive from Steven after stopping Team Aqua/Magma at the Seafloor Cavern. With Dive, your Pokemon can explore underwater areas and find hidden places like the Cave of Origin.
